Bake the Blues

Parmesan Pizza Pinwheels
I fell in love with the pictures of this recipe and made them immediately. I had Asiago on hand so I grated that and I purchased sprigs of fresh rosemary from down the street. They pinwheels came out great! They tasted so good and even better the next day. I used semolina flour, sourdough starter bread flour and whole wheat flour I may have used a sprinkle of rye.
