The remote control landlord is leaving his property wide open as he sends prospective buyers to walk through it. Once again the remote control strategy is being employed at the expense of the current tenants who have no idea who they will encounter in their hallways. The asking price is five times what the absentee guy paid for it 5 years ago without much improvement. Every visitor is creeped out upon seeing the neglected property and quickly realizes it would be an unwise purchase.
