Jolly and Bouncy were the newest members of the crime family. They were the street runners branch of the apothecary. Bouncy at the wheel of the beat up pick-up and Jolly in red running the goods to the customers parked on the street. 

Millis knew Bouncy since he was a kid growing up in Merryville. She hated to see him get sucked into this line of work. She knew that if he was caught he'd end up in prison. And she also knew she'd be the first to go visit him when it happened.
