I'm baking another batch of molasses granola because yesterday I thought I had turned the oven off but I had turned the oven timer off and I over baked it.
I can't stand eating accidents they just make me angrier each bite.
Years ago I made wine biscuits and mistakenly used way too much salt two tablespoons instead of two teaspoons. My husband and I sat at the kitchen table and ate a few grimacing until I said, This is ridiculous! No more eating disastrous mistakes, and I baked a new batch.
