I smashed the whole head of garlic and added grated carrots onion scallions red chili flakes chopped green cabbage raisins and homemade kidney beans, Chianti, olive oil, sriracha, chicken bullion, soy sauce. So good. Save your veggie scraps!
This back-pocket broth is hardly even a recipe, but it's the most soothing soup we can imagine for sick days, cold nights, and any other time you need a little extra comfort.
