Emotional Hygiene

I am practicing emotional hygiene. No more "junk ie news" until we get a new president. Wow, I said it. When we have had difficult people in our life we used to say "Let's not have conversation number four anymore," referring to one of the CRAZY-MAKING people we know.

When I am in transmit mode I am optimistic and cozy and contented but I am edgy and overly sensitive at the same time.

My home is my palace sanctuary and it would be even if I lived in a dumpster. I need my 22 hours of daily solitude. I am not really alone I have ten thousand books.
