I just set up a bucket full of grains and flours: white, wheat, pinhead oats, coarse corn, rye, and sourdough starter, Fleishmann's instant yeast, kosher salt and warm water. After mixing I poured half in another bucket. Now they will sit until bedtime when I will stir and refrigerate. Tomorrow the grains will have hydrated and be ready to bake.
