Best Sandwich Ever: Hip Popeye

I just made the best sandwich ever. I defrosted spinach and made toast from homemade multigrain. I melted pepper jack on top of the spinach, added scissor cut dried tomatoes and scraps of spiral ham and green olives. I placed the mounds of spiced spinach on the toast and drizzled with olive oil.
