Peanut Sauce

Last night I over salted the brown rice so today I made a mushroom garlic bell pepper broccoli stir fry and added the rice. Then I made a peanut sauce. It worked out well. I'll do it again.

1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon sugar brown or white
1 tablespoon rice or wine vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
2 garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt or soy sauce
dash of water
