Cornmeal Pancakes (for supper!)
(mix dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together then combine and make pancakes)
These are so fluffy and yummy!
- 1 3/4 cups lowfat buttermilk
- 1 1/4 cups cornmeal
- 1 tablespoons corn oil
- 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
