Happy Houses

I walk around many neighborhoods with my dog and just like when I was looking for a house 30 years ago I became good at reading homes at a glance like reading people. 

 In fact we found our house in the dark. We went back the next day and met the owner and he invited us in. The rest is history.

When I find a neighborhood to walk in I recognize the happy houses from the solemn ones. Those are the homes I love to walk by repeatedly. The happiness is contagious.
