Yesterday we made seeds using almond flour dark rye sourdough hemp seeds ground up sunflower seeds, unhuled sesame seeds and poppy seeds and flax seed (maybe, I can't remember). Add salt to batter and taste test. Oily seeds and grains require salt to balance. They were fabulous. We baked them spread thin (using your fingers like fingerpaint) on silicone baking mats at 450 F for 4 minutes. Peel off the mat and flip over and bake 2 more minutes and break them up and enjoy.
They are delicious and rich and very thin.
