We splurged and bought buttercup squash, green beans, 2 kinds of peppers and Brussels sprouts and a bushel and a half of a variety of apples at THE BIG APPLE FARM in WRENTHAM MA, and they were all beyond delicious.
Last night I roasted the Brussels sprouts in my cast iron pan on the stove top. I seared them and added olive oil and Adobo. Then I pressure cooked cubed buttercup squash. Cutting the squash was difficult. I bruised my hand. BE CAREFUL!! I steamed the chunks and mashed them with olive oil and adobo. Cooked in 5 minutes. Ate the leftover squash for breakfast this morning.
