When I was a t the hippy high school in 1976- 78 the buxom bespectacled Grube sisters always walked around in long Indian print dresses, wearing no underwear,  and carrying stacks of books. I was inspired to try be able to read a stack of books. I'd fill my backpack with books and carry them wherever I went and I was always running away on the train and subways but I never gave up my underwear.
