Four Grain Salad with Mushrooms Red Onions Celery Kalamata Olives and Cranberries

Millet, Wheat Berries, Brown Basmati Rice, and Barley. 

Celery Red Onions Portobello Mushrooms Dried Cranberries

Kalamata olives and basil and garlic chopped.

I pressure cooked the grains in chick pea liquid (I had from making hummus) then I sauteed baby portobello , chopped mushrooms, celery, chopped red onion, in olive oil and garlic adding Chianti, soy sauce Sriracha. Then I added the grains to the vegetables and threw in dried cranberries.

DELICIOUS!!!
