Dream

I dreamed I was in Blackstone on Edgewater Drive standing in front of Celeste's house. The family opposite was setting up a yard sale. They put out a 1940's white and black enamel kitchen table and a collection of huge blue enamel bowls nested. I asked about the table. "200$," they said. "How much for all of the enamel items?"

I woke up thinking about my obsession with baked enamel. We used to picnic on the back flagstone patio in summers of my childhood with enamel plates that had fruit designs sprayed on them. The enamel symbolizes happy times.
