I'm always baking bread when my started demands it each week. But this week I made pizza dough from the unfed starter and whole wheat flour and cornmeal and salt. It was like a flatbread wholegrain cracker. So good and even better reheated in the oven tonight with homemade tomato sauce and seared broccoli.
