Sushi for Breakfast

After I found my nori yesterday I rolled up my sushi rice into 3 rolls. It was so good. I had it plain no seasonings at all. Then I made a dipping sauce  from what I had on hand (balsamic vinegar, sriracha, and soy sauce) and served it with seared broccoli and kidney beans.

This morning I ate one of the rolls for breakfast with broccoli. So good!!
