Chop cauliflower into florets. Heat up skillet and let the florets sizzle a bit before you add olive oil. Then toss to sear. Then add sriracha, soy sauce, peanut butter, fresh garlic and some water to deglaze the pan. Delicious with pickled beets which sets off the color and offers a sharp and sweet taste.
