Cooked unsoaked chick peas in a colander fit in my instant pot for 90 minutes. Let them dry on baking sheet. Added kosher salt and ate them! I was planning on toasting them but they were so good as is. And it's 96 degrees out!
Chick peas pressure cooked to perfection in water. Leftover liquid strained thru colander and saved. This will be water for bread dough or soup stock. I added kosher salt to the chick peas and we ate them like nuts. Delicious!
