Lazy Ass Lasagna

I made a very simple LAZY ASS LASAGNA. I used no boil lasagna noodles and layered them with homemade tomato sauce and topped it with PEPPER JACK CHEESE. So simple so good. Not heavy!

Preheat oven to 425

and spray veg oil on square or oblong Pyrex dish.

we used BARILLA NO BOIL LASAGNA SHEETS (they are paper thin)

 

Layer sauce, lasagna sheet, sauce, lasagna sheet and top with sauce+thin slices of pepper jack cheese.

 

bake for 25 minutes.

Make sure your sauce is not too thick, and noodles are made wet by the sauce. 

The moisture is needed to cook the noodles.

 

My home made sauce had olives mushrooms in it.

 

SO FAST SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS!

 

We steamed broccoli and carrots and yellow potatoes to go with it. A salad would be perfect too.
