Greek nonfat or plain nonfat yogurt, home brewed coffee and some honey. Stir and enjoy.
for one serving: 1 Tbsp brewed coffee, 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp honey
for two servings 4- Tablespoons= (1/4 cup) brewed coffee, 2- cups non-fat Greek yogurt, 2- Tablespoons honey
