I'm cracking the code, smashing the traditions...I just jarred a half gallon of green cabbage, red onion and carrots KIMCHI style sauerkraut. It's already good and in the fridge! The hell with tradition. We can make it with kosher salt and water and it's good! I added the last pint of my kimchi marinating liquid in this batch.
I made a salad with peanuts, carrots, raisins, spinach, arugula and buttermilk sunflower seed dressing.
I love salad with everything thrown in and could eat it for every meal. Sometimes I do.
