The Cream Puff

That's what Chief Carey used to call his shiny black Crown Vic. I saw this very vehicle today in the park next to Burger King. I had been walking home from the library with ROMEO and I took a detour to catch the shade. The car was empty but as I rounded the corner there were two detectives I know Irwin Harris and Jamie Martin walking towards me. They work for the juvenile division. We chatted for a few minutes and suddenly the person they were looking for appeared in the crosswalk.
