Colorful bowtie pasta + fuseli with scissor-sliced sundried tomatoes, olive oil, my defrosted homemade pesto (that had no cheese), freshly grated Asiago, kosher salt + freshly ground pepper and a splash of wine vinegar. When it cools off in the fridge overnight it will be a nice meal. Would love to add cherry tomatoes...
