Never Skip Breakfast

Last Sunday, 9 days ago we walked ROMEO around the pond from ten thirty in the morning until noon and when we came home we started eating lunch. Bill got up from the dining room table and while he was standing in the kitchen he got woozy and held onto the kitchen counter and then keeled over onto his back. His eyes were wide open and his mouth was moving but no sound was coming out. I was calling his name whimpering, touching his arms and hands. I reached the phone to call 911. He woke up. He asked me why he was on the kitchen floor having a dream. He had fainted! Scared me to death. Bill later realized that he had forgotten to eat breakfast. Now I understand all of the Jewish & Italian and Chinese and (every ethnic group) of grannies that say EAT, EAT! Bill never ever skips breakfast. He thought he had eaten. This shows me how much our habits hold us up... literally!
