Respect for Sleep

I have a lot more respect for sleep when slight changes like coffee after 6AM can take it away, 15 hours later. Having a regular sleep schedule allows me to stay grounded during my seasonal mood shifts. I have just recently shifted up and I'm trying not to change my schedule or amount of caffeine. The only difference is that my handwriting is wider (writing faster) and I am talking a bit more. Perhaps I am finally learning not to add fuel (caffeine) to the mood fire. I used to throw caution to the wind and mess up my circadian clock and my mind. It was fun but very lonely on my own planet ZOOM. Being grounded and staying grounded is much more rewarding.
