Just made a batch for an army. But that's because they are excellent reheated in the toaster. I don't have a recipe because it was IMPROV based on my buttermilk pumpkin waffles recipe but with sourdough rye "discard" added and everything was DOUBLED: 4 eggs, baking soda, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, corn oil, cinnamon, cloves, ginger. I used my mixer this time because everything was out of order. Worked out fine. I love to make waffles and might make them for my students tomorrow at the end of class.
