Crackers!

Today I am making a batch of crackers with what I have on hand; whole wheat & rye sourdough starter, olive oil,  salt, sesame seeds unhulled, sunflower seeds (ground in coffee grinder) poppy seeds, flax seed, rolled oats, wholemeal cornmeal.

I use silicone baking mats or you can useparchment paper and use your fingers to spread the dough very thin. bake at 350 or hotter! Stick around they bake fast and can burn easily. I time them for 4 minute intervals.
