The Hacker!

We have a neighbor that is constantly coughing and hacking while smoking outside. One day I asked him Are you okay? It sounds like you have asthma.

He said, in a Southern drawl, Don't worry about me, I am just smoking weed. 

We hear him all day and night and even at 4AM!
