The cold weather is blowing in and so I am baking up a storm. It will be 13 degrees tonight. First I made sourdough rye buttermilk waffles and now sourdough seed crackers. I found frozen cranberries in the freezer and made a sauce using orange zest and an orange.
I am growing rye sourdough daily in 2 large jar batches. This is my kind of gardening, growing the dough in hours.
