Chop Napa cabbage and saute in olive oil with fresh garlic. Add chopped red onion, toasted sesame oil, un-hulled sesame seeds, sriracha raw sunflower seeds. Make a sauce from natural peanut butter, soy sauce and Chianti. Would be great to add water chestnuts if you have them.
Enjoy with rice or noodles, or leftover sliced buttermilk marinated chicken. Delicious hot or cold.
I love to eat a bowl of chopped romaine lettuce to cool off.
