I am a cast iron freak. I have every cast iron pan known to man. I never tire of using it no matter how heavy they are.
I love to bake bread in a 450 degree oven. I have a lot of fun baking often I am motivated to make good scents in my home. When we have guests sleep over, or my husband sleeps late, I bake to wake him.
Lately I am using my fish muffin pan. It is a perch pan and I bake yeast bread in it and use it for hamburger buns. My friend Mo is from Pescara Italy which means "fish" so I promised him a batch of fish-shaped breads.
I never tire of baking breads in my oven. My 1959 vintage Thermador built in wall oven gets so much use the door hinge has broken.
