The slum-lord is selling the house with the broken windows. Unfortunately it has been destroyed by cat pee. The cat hoarder lived there with 18 cats in the tiny apartment. My friends bought a house like this in Barrington and on hot days you can still smell the damage. How can we break the cycle?
