Blueberry peach crisp
Ingredients
2 medium ripe peaches, washed, cored, and sliced
2 cups blueberries, washed and drained
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole-wheat flour
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons canola oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. Place the peach slices in the bottom of the pan. Cover the peaches with blueberries and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar over the fruit.
Mix the all-purpose flour, whole-wheat flour, oats, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together. Drizzle the canola oil over the top and mix until combined. Sprinkle the topping over the fruit and place into the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the peaches are soft. Remove from the oven and cool for 15 minutes before serving.
