ONCE (last summer) I put an 8 pound bucket of HOT chili in fridge to cool off Not knowing it stayed too warm all night. Then WE got bad guts. I now chill first in shallow containers or freezer then freeze in quart containers. Basic food safety 101.

I fear NO SINKS in food trucks.
Want some chili? LOL 10 quarts have been lowered into the chest freezer. I am ready for a blizzard.

Just discovered this. SAVE ORANGE +LEMON peels: slice thin bits drop into seltzer water. I'm saving the peels in fridge for candied orange zest or orange pizzelle.
