Pasta With Garlic, Anchovies, Capers and Red Pepper

 Ingredients

Yield:4 to 6 servings.
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 8 anchovy fillets, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoon capers, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • 1teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley, optional
  • Parmesan for grating, optional
