Sourdough Buttermilk Waffles

I used leftover cooked bulgur about a cup and semolina  bread flour and cornmeal and rye sourdough starter and my homemade buttermilk. Then I added two eggs, corn oil baking powder baking soda salt and sugar. They came out great! Total improv, but based on a typical pancake recipe.
