I made German potato salad (without bacon) using Idaho potatoes red and white onions and a honey apple cider vinegar olive oil Adobo Sririacha vinaigrette. After it cooked in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes I added 2 pound bag of frozen peas. It was brilliant for cooling and adding color. POLKA DOTS!! It's delicious but I have 7 pounds of it. Time to share it with my neighbors or add it to turkey soup later in the week.
