Allergy Season Advice

Rye Semolina Bread
My best inventions come from laziness. I was too lazy to refill the flour but I had rye, semolina and some bread flour so I made a sourdough using these. It's fantastic. I will make it again deliberately.
Mexican Shepherd's pie
Last night we were due to go grocery shopping but we didn't wanna go. So I made a quick supper from sauteed mushrooms and frozen spinach and tons of fresh garlic (a whole bulb) and added freshly cooked kidney beans and beaten eggs with milk, olive oil and Adobo and baked it in a greased casserole dish with frozen corn. It was delicious. I called it Mexican Shepherd's pie. Geologists would love the layers. We had it with Chipotle and Cholula hot sauces. I baked it at 350.F.

Dream
I dreamed that I was in Texas visiting Carl at the Brave Combo studio. It was just like my stepfather's graphics studio of my childhood. People were everywhere including out the window (there was no glass in the gigantic windows) A guy was working on an animated billboard trying to get our attention. I mentioned the pollen level making me high as a kite. I woke up at 4:30 am.
Dream
Bill, Jeffrey, Sgt P., and I were in a car. We were driving to North Brookfield to visit Ann and Avon. The three men were all in the front seat. I was lying down in the back. Sgt P was driving.

Kimchi Sandwich
You know when there's nothing in the house? Things get interesting and creative. I just ate a cheese+homemade kidney beans, mustard, pickle sandwich (warmed up in the microwave) +kimchi! It was good. I might do it again on purpose!

Lazy Society
I'm fuming because this isn't the first time I didn't hear about something important because it was advertised on facebook and the community assumed I would learn about it. Art openings, wakes, funerals, memorials. I still will not join facebook. Grow up kids. Send an email. Buy stamps. Carrier pigeon. Anything but facebook.

Green Beans with Thai Peanut Sauce
Two pounds of green beans steamed for 3 minutes in the PC, quick release. Add fresh garlic, freshly grated ginger, natural peanut butter, two table spoons of garlic chili sauce, vinegar (or fresh lime juice), soy sauce (in blender). Spoon onto hot green beans. Add actual peanuts for texture. Enjoy as is or with cooked brown rice, or with cooked potatoes or cooked kidney beans or cooked carrots. You name it!
How Come there are no Leaf Blower Murders?
I'm almost ready to buy my neighbor a quieter leaf blower or get myself noise cancelling headphones to prevent bigger problems.
