Baking my Heart Out

The sound of the pressure cooker jangling from the steady stream of steam is music. I cooked my pre-soaked garbanzos in 10 minutes. I am baking Irish Oats, oat groats in the leftover potato water I meant to use in bread. Next up is a few dozen breads and then Nancy Verde Barr's wine biscotti.

Baking is my Joie De Vivre joy of life expression of love and happiness.
