Wine Biscotti

Last night I made my favorite cookies. Nancy Verdi Barr's WE CALLED it MACARONI (a must own) cookbook, has the best recipe for wine biscotti. I made one tray but saved the batter to make another today. Just like cocoa wafers, they taste even better as they age.
