Swimming Lesson

I told Deja, "Swimming is just breathing under water, but not inhaling. First, stand in the shallow water and practice breathing out, making air bubbles. Then later you can get your whole body to go along for the ride. If you like the feel of the water, you'll love swimming. When I am swimming laps I imagine that I am swimming in warm not-yet-congealed jello."
