Receive and Transmit, Not Just about Mood

Breathing is receiving and transmitting. Learning is receiving and transmitting. Walking through downtown is receiving and transmitting. Being a human is receiving and transmitting.

The folks who are receiving but have no way to transmit in a fulfilling way are dying inside. I had parents who had it up to here. They had no fulfilling outlets so they acted out with road rage and drug abuse and hitting their children. Ask yourself what are you avoiding that can help you transmit in a fulfilling and rewarding way and be better able to receive the world.
