Broil fruit on metal skewers in the oven until the fruit is slightly browned and bubbly, about 2 minutes on each side. If desired, serve with a dipping sauce, such as this one: In a small bowl, whisk together 4 ounces low-fat, sugar-free lemon yogurt, 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice and 1 teaspoon lime zest. Cover and refrigerate the dipping sauce until you're ready to serve the fruit skewers.
