Fruit that Grows on Trees!

There are 2 pear trees on my walk in Blackstone that are laden with fruit. They look decorated Christmas trees. I hope to sample a few pears. My favorite apple tree is on an alternate year. There's not a single apple on it. Other years we've carted away 5-6 bushels! Last night we salvaged peaches from a downed tree limb on our street. They were under ripe so we have them in a paper bag. We'll see if they ripen.
