Sunday Feast

The 3 Calhoun brothers and 1 sister and I had 2 styles of Jamie's tumbled tender pork marinade last night. Both were excellent. Bourbon won! I made German red potato salad (4 minutes in Pressure cooker and fast cooled in freezer, Chinese style spicy garlic broccoli sautee (local big apple broccoli), pork marinade on the Weber hardwood charcoal grill, rice 6 minutes in pressure cooker, and my best buttermilk coleslaw with local cabbage. We drank wine and local beer and told stories all night. It was the best mini reunion ever!
