Chick Pea Nuts: Low and Slow
I soaked a pound of dry Goya peas in water overnight cook until aldente. I drained them and dried them and placed them in two iron skillets to dry out in my 350 degree oven. Then I tossed them with olive oil and sprinkled adobo and baked some more. Low and slow (250) is how I like to bake since I work at home and my office is off the kitchen.
