I'm Pressure Cooking Potatoes and Leeks for Soup

It's so exciting. The soup came out great. I used olive oil and chicken boullion and bay leaves garlic, kosher salt, black pepper, Adobo, and cubed potatoes (with skin) and leeks. I used my food processor to puree the soup in open batches so the steam could escape. My friend uses an immersion blender but I get the willies thinking about how dangerous they are. The whole process took less than an hour. I love my old fashioned stove-top pressure cooker. I added some milk to the soup and it is delicious.
