Last Night's Dinner
Last night's dinner was so good I must write it here. I sauteed three bell peppers two were red and one was green, two large white onions chopped and chopped up half a standard package of mushrooms in olive oil. I added 8 cloves of fresh garlic, Adobo, cheap port, kosher salt. Then while the veggies were kept warm I pressure cooked a pound of whole wheat fusilli (sold for a dollar at Job Lot) for 4 minutes and added it into the veggies. We sprinkled each serving with Romano cheese. It was so good we both had two full servings.
